What The Heck Is 'Terroir' And Why Does It Make Cheese Good?

Art and food have similar relationships to culture. Taking a break from paintings this summer, I've made three videos about cheese. All of them were filmed at Quickes Tradition Dairy , who were nice enough to let me stay with them this summer and answer all of my questions... And feed me the best cheddar I've ever had.
